Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw ORIENTAL IMAGE (V.R. Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on left fore due to inflammed tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MAGICAL FILLY (N. Rajesh) accidentally struck the front runner SAILING THROUGH (M. Noornabi) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of MARACANA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to SAILING THROUGH (M.Noornabi) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.

JERSEY SHORE (C. Henrique) sustained cut injury on outer bulb of heel.

TIJUCA FOREST (P. Trevor) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.
