Racing Incidents

As Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to substitute Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran to ride BALANCE OF NATURE in place of Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to withdraw VOLT on veterinary grounds as it was lame on left fore due to inflammed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BALANCE OF NATURE (R. Vaideeshwaran) suddenly shied away from the rails thereby taking out JEYEM'S PRIDE (Mudassar Nazar) on the outside which in turn caused interference to DEEP BLUE SEA (Saddam Hussain) on the far side approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Samad, the rider of MAGIC WAVE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

DEEP BLUE SEA (Saddam Hussain) sustained a cut injury on right flank.

THUNDER BLITZ (N. Rajesh) sustained a cut injury on right hind coronet and pastern.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g DEEP BLUE SEA.
