Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge VIEW FROM ABOVE to run in the above race without producing it in a mock race to the satisfaction of Stipendiary Stewards when it had been so advised. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race.

SAREETA (Khurshad Alam) after jumping swerved out, refused to raise a gallop and took no practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S Dominic was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

THE PHENOMENA (Anjar Alam) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have pulled up lame on left fore.
