Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw ANCIENT TITLE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to inflammed cannon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge LAGUNA BEACH to run in the above race without producing the same in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards when he had been advised to do so in view of its behaviour in the last run. Hence it was permitted to be withdrawn.

Jockey S. Zervan, the rider of ARROGANT APPROACH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ARGIANO (Suraj Narredu) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.
