SUMMERS BREEZE (Babu Singh) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

An enquiry is being held into the riding of Jockey D Patel on his mount PRINCE OF DARKNESS (trained by Mr. R R Byramji) in the above race.
