Racing Incidents

KILIMANJARO (C. Harish) after jumping out, swerved towards left, went on to the outer sand track and did not take practical part in the race. In view of its continued unpredictable behaviour at the start, Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he should not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least Two Mock Races on race days on the race track and after getting qualified as above, should the horse exhibit such a behaviour in its next run, the entry of this horse to race under the BTC Rules of Racing will not be accepted thereafter.
