Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge FELICIANA. Subsequently "All Black" emergency colours were permitted to be used.

PASSION FLORA (J.H. Christopher) after jumping out, swerved towards left whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount and the horse ran riderless throughout the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of EQUAL TERMS, reported that his mount was lugging in after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of PENTAGRAM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for repeatedly looking back in the final stages of the race.
