Racing Incidents

ROCKA STAR after jumping out, swerved towards right, refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached thereafter. Trainer was informed one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. 

SUMMER GOLD stood for a while at the gates and after jumping out, swerved towards right, refused to raise a fluent gallop for some time and ran detached thereafter.  Trainer was informed one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. 

Jockey Arshad Alam (RAAGA) was reprimanded for inconveniencing BEST CRUISE approaching the 1000  Metres.

Jockey P. Mani (OPTIMISTIC) was reprimanded for inconveniencing ORIENTAL IMAGE approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of ORIENTAL IMAGE, was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 800 Metres and 600 Metres for no apparent reason.

OPTIMISTIC accidentally stumbled approaching the 600 Metres.

Jockey S. John (WOODSTREAM) was fined Rs.5,000/- for his over confidence in completely easing his mount in the final stages of the race when the 2nd placed horse was fast catching up. He was further cautioned to desist from repeating this practice. 

OPTIMISTIC sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
