HAPTICSTAR (Harish B) after jumping out swerved left and did not raise a gallop. Trainer Mr. Mr. Babu Rao J was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey B.L. Naveen, the rider of INTERACTIVE for Careless Riding (Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in that “near the 1000 Metres he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of ALLEZ ROYALE (N. Ganesh) which got checked, severely blundered and shifted out forcing STRENGTHANDWONDER (A. Velu) wider on the track”.  The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 20^th December 2014 and examined Jockey B.L. Naveen. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey B.L. Naveen from 1-1-2015 to 3-1-2015 (both days inclusive) for Careless Riding ((Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) permitted to ride work.
