Racing Incidents

SUMMER GOLD (A. Ramu) pulled up lame approaching the 350 Metres and the rider dismounted.  On examination, the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to be lame on left hind due to sprained quarter. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Vivek, the rider of OPEN PAGE, was severely reprimanded for the injudicious handling of his mount during the race.

It was reported after the race by the Club’s Veterinary Officer that ATTRACTIVE BAY (Tauseef Ahmed) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race by the Club’s Veterinary Officer  that SUMMER GOLD (A. Ramu) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade III – at 5.58 P.M.). Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey G. Sai Vamshi, the rider of KIMORA, reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade III – at 7.20 P.M.). Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m KIMORA.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ROYAL DEFENCE.
