DAENERYS (Adarsh G) was extremely fractious in the gates and sat down for a considerable period of time. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
 
UNIVERSAL LAW (Deepak Singh G) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. Jockey Prashant P Dhebe, the rider of FIRST STEP, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
 
It was reported after the race that GOLDEN NIMBUST (Vishwanath A) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
