Racing Incidents

Jockey Mohd Asif Khan, the rider of QUEEN'S KITTEN was fined Rs.2000/- for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan (deputizing for Mr. Rutherford Alford) to declare Jockey Nazerul Alam to ride QUEEN'S KITTEN in place of the declared rider.

LYCURGUS (D'nuSingh Deora) was slowly away and lost many lengths. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Prithviraj B. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of PERFECT LEGACY Trained by Sharat Kumar and ridden by S. John in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.143 i.e., The Mysore Cup (about) 1400 Meters, Horses rated 15 to 35 run on Sunday, 16th July 2017.

Jockey Raghu K, the rider of HARLEY QUINN was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ABLE MASTER (Darshan R.N), which in turn passed it onto INTERNAL AFFAIR (Kiran Rai P) on its outside passing the 1200 Meters.

Jockey Adarsh G., the rider of GREY HOUND was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

AQUA BLESSING (A.R. Pradeep) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – IV). Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g PERFECT LEGACY.
