An objection was lodged by Jockey Sunil Samson, the rider of SANTE FE placed 3rd by the judge against Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of MY VALENTINE placed 2nd for "In the last 250 Metres MY VALENTINE shifted out whereby I had stopped riding which cost me the race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and the revised order of placing are as under:

?Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of MY VALENTINE reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).

Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of MAGNIFICENT MARY reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 200 Meters.

It was reported after the race that PEPPA (Khurshad Alam) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g GUMPTION.
