Racing Incidents

INDIAN BRAHMOS (T. S. Jodha) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Md.Akram, the rider of FINAL DESTINY was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz STANLEY (Sunil Samson), NINON (Arshad Alam) and DEEPALIKA (A.R.Pradeep) before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Antony Raj.S, the rider of HELENKA was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing NINON (Arshad Alam) on his outside passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey Md.Akram, the rider of FINAL DESTINY was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to OPTIMISTICAPPROACH (M. Prabhakaran) on his inside approaching 900 Metres.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of ISPELLDANGERTOALL reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of DEEPALIKA was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m DEEPALIKA.
