Permission was granted to Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji to withdraw MAYURANA (S. Zervan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be injured on poll region. She was informed that she must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

HAVE A NICE DAY (D. Patel) was extremely fractious in the stalls and injured itself. On examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order.

Trainer Mr.F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

GIRL WITH PEARL (Md.Akram) was slowly away, lost few lengths and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

On examination it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade - III). Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of MEMORITER was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
