Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali to withdraw SHIVALIK KISS (Chetan Kalay S.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge LE MARC (Nazerul Alam). Subsequently, All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.

LOVELY SIERRA (Mohd Asif Khan) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced ARROGANCE (Suraj Narredu) on its inside soon after the start.

It was observed that PRIDE OF PLACE (Antony Raj S.) was inclined to run out whereby it lost its footing passing the 700 Metres thereby inconveniencing ARROGANCE (Suraj Narredu) on its outside as a result the Jockey Antony Raj .S was totally unbalanced on his mount.

It was observed that LOVELY SIERRA (Mohd Asif Khan) was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Md.Akram, the rider of BAYMAX was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly looking back in the final 200 Metres of the race.

It was reported after the race that ARROGANCE (Suraj Narredu) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

DON DELA VEGA (R. PraveenShinde) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
