PRODIGAL (S. John) jumped awkwardly outwards brushing the gates whereby Jockey S. John lost his left stirrup, got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

HAPPY DANCING (Tauseef Ahmed) jumped out awkwardly whereby the Jockey got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey S. John, the rider of PRODIGAL was questioned regarding his fall soon after the start in the above race. The Jockey stated that soon after jumping out, the horse brushed the walls of the gate whereby his left foot hit the gate; as a result he lost his left stirrup thereby completely loosing balance and was dislodged from his mount. The Stipendiary Stewards after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the race and after ascertaining the brush marks on Jockey S. John’s left boot gave him the benefit of doubt and noted his explanations.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of MORRAINE GABRIELLA was fined Rs.2,000/- for riding an indifferent race.

It was reported after the race that LEE AND GRANT (T. S. Jodha) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

PRODIGAL (S. John) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

TONYS PET (Manish R) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
