Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan to withdraw NAWABZAADI (K. Sai Kiran) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that HAPPY DANCING (M. Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the  horses  on  its  outside  viz; FANTASTIC  APP  (S.  Zervan)  and QUEEN ISABELLA (Nazerul Alam) soon after the start, as a result Jockey M. Kumar lost both his stirrup irons which regained passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of QUEEN  ISABELLA  reported  that  his  mount  was hanging out badly after entering the straight despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
HAFNIUM (Arshad Alam) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that SO QUICK (Darshan R.N) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the running of PRINCESS HOLLY (Raghu.K) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 132 i.e., The Chennai Cup - Div. I - (About) 1100 metres. Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over run on Saturday, 20th July, 2019 when it ran unplaced, trained by Mr. V. Narayana Gowda.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m PRINCESS HOLLY.
