Jockey Akshay Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for not arriving to fulfill his riding engagement. Subsequently, Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi to substitute Jockey S. Zervan to ride ASGARDIA in place of the declared rider.
 
SIR SUPREMO (Arshad Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

It was observed that Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of SUPER GLADIATOR had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner SIR SUPREMO (Arshad Alam) approaching 700 Metres and again passing the 600 Metres.

It was observed that Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SIR SUPREMO had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner HEAVENLY ANGEL (Darshan R.N) approaching 500 Metres.

TAZAMOUR (R. Anand) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda. V was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of TOROSANTO reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SIR SUPREMO was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
