Racing Incidents

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of PELUCHE reported that his mount was not getting a grip of the track as it was too shifty and also was not galloping fluently in the final 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Colm O'Donoghue, the rider of TURF MAGIC reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the final 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade - IV). Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
