Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan to withdraw RED GALILEO (T. S. Jodha) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Khurshad  Alam replaced the indisposed Jockey Saddam    Hussain on ANNALEASE.

Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of PRINCESS PRIDE reported that saddle shifted towards the left, whereby he totally lost balance till about 800 Metres. Subsequently, the saddle came back to the normal position. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali was fined Rs.5,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of PRINCESS PRIDE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz; AMAZONITE (Shamaz Shareef) and NOSTRADAMUS (A.Ramu) passing the 200 Metres.

It was observed that Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of HIMACHALI dismounted immediately after passing the winning post. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SONGKRAN.
