Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to withdraw HOPE ISLAND (S. John) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have cellulitis on right fore cannon and fetlock. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed by the Club’s Veterinary Officer that TYTO ALBA (Angad) was trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Kiran Naidu, the rider of STAR DOMINATION reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 600 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Jockey Bhawani Singh, the rider of QUEEN REGNANT was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

Jockey Kiran Naidu, the rider of STAR DOMINATION was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey B. Nayak, the rider of JE NE SAIS QUOI was severely reprimanded for taking an unduly long lead during the race.

Jockey Arvind Kumar. N, the rider of LYCURGUS reported that he could not get a clear run in the final 50 Metres due to a closely packed field.
