Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to withdraw EMERALDO on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injury on withers with subcutaneous oedema and pain on palpation. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SPEAKING OF SKIES (Rayan Ahmed R.) after jumping out swerved towards the left and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of RED LUCIFER was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to PORT OF BEAUTY (Shamaz Shareef) on his inside passing the 300 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ELITE AGENT (Rajesh Kumar M) pulled up lame on right hind and sustained bleeding cut injury on right hind coronet. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
