MARTHA (Vivek.G) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates and galloped anticlockwise from winning post upto 1400 Metres. Under the 
circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starter’s order. Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

It was observed that BESTIDENTIFICATION (K. Sai Kiran) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres. 

It was observed that SPARKLING DEW (D'nuSingh Deora) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres. 

Jockey D. Patel, the rider of GROUSE MOUNTAIN reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. 

Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of EL ASESINO reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to 
veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. 

POWER OF BEAUTY (Darshan R.N) pulled up its right testicle. 

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of WONDERLAND in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, in the process shifted 'in' and caused interference to WILD CANNON (Neeraj Rawal), which in turn passed in onto FINAL CALL (A. Sandesh) approaching 250 Metres and for further shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; EL ASESINO (Shreyas Singh S) and CHOTIPARI (J. Chinoy) in the final 75 Metres.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey L. Alex Rozario and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey L. Alex Rozario for Careless Riding. 

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to L. Alex Rozario for four (4) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 2/8/2024, 3/8/2024, 8/8/2024 & 9/8/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount WONDERLAND (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
