Racing Incidents

EMBASSY (N.Murugan) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary Grounds, lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer B.Suresh was asked to get his charge  certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.

Trainer B.Suresh was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for running his charge STAR TWIST (Md.Asif Khan) without Blinkers, equipment for which prior permission was not obtained.

A Stewards Enquiry was called at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards into the start of the race as the gates for STAR TWIST (Md.Asif Khan) drawn 1 and KING T'CHALA (Yash Narredu) drawn 2 opened awkwardly, wherein the left gate of drawn 1 and the right gate of drawn 2 did not completely open instantly and then rebounded as the Horses jumped out. The Stewards interviewed both the respective jockeys and the Starter; deliberated over the matter and resolved to keep the judge's placing unaltered.
