Apprentice Jockey Azfar Syeed, the rider of BE MY SECRET was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for shifting in passing the 700 metres causing interference to CLEONA (C Umesh) (who dropped back by 4 to 5 lengths) and thereafter for further shifting out bumping and forcing out HEART OF GOLD (C A Brisson) while negotiating the final bend.

Apprentice Jockey Muzaffar Alam, the rider of ATACAMA was questioned with respect to his riding, wherein he had failed to follow the trainer's instructions of sitting second and instead had taken up the running of the race and maintained a lead of 2 lengths from the start of the race till entering the straight; jockey stated that  his mount was keen and despite his efforts to control and sit second his mount had hit the front. Apprentice Jockey Muzaffar Alam was severely cautioned for not making greater efforts in controlling his mount and not positioning his mount as per  Trainer's instructions and was cautioned for future.

HEART OF GOLD (C A Brisson) returned bleeding (EIPH) after the race, Trainer Saddam Iqbal was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer  before  next accepting with it.
