Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.G. S. Parmar to declare Jockey B. Nikhil on CHANAKYA in place of Jockey Saddam Hussain who was indisposed and could not fulfil his riding engagement for the day.

PARRYS CORNER (A Ayaz Khan) was reluctant to be stalled despite all efforts and therefore was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter's Orders, Starting Stall Certificate revoked.

PICTURE GIRL (Shahar Babu) jumped awkwardly inwards and went across GARDINER (Shamaz Shareef) as the start was affected.

BE MY GLORY (Irshad Alam) was slowly off losing about 2 lengths.

TENDER REBEL (Kiran Naidu) was observed to drop back passing the 350 metres and was asked to be examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer who reported that on examination  the gelding was found to be suffering from acute sore back.

Jockey Rahul H, the rider of ORANGE PEKOE was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for shifting out passing the 150 metres causing a check to PICTURE GIRL (Shahar Babu)  and thereafter shifting in till passing the post for no apparent reason.

Jockey B. Nikhil, the rider of CHANAKYA was cautioned for shifting in under use of the whip in the final stages of the race.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that ORANGE PEKOE (Rahul
H) sustained superficial injury to the gum.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner BEFORETHEDAWN (Azfar Syeed).
