Permission was granted to Trainer K. S. Mandanna to declare Jockey Santosh G, to ride RED HOT JET in place of Jockey V R Jagadeesh, who could not fulfill his riding engagements for the day, due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
RED HOT JET (Santosh G) jumped awkwardly inwards at the start.

PRICELESS TREASURE (Md Farhan Alam) jumped awkwardly, however Jockey Md Farhan Alam, the rider of PRICELESS TREASURE was severely cautioned for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in soon after the start.

Trainer  K.S.Mandanna  was  questioned  regarding  the  improved  performance   of   his   charge SHADOW OF LOVE (M.S.Deora) who placed a close 3rd in this race as compared to its previous run in race no 125 . Trainer stated, that in race no 125,the Jockey had stated that he felt that something was wrong with the mare, and in race no 97 his charge had received interference in the straight also this race was for 6 years old and over, which favoured his charge. The Trainer's explanation was noted.

Compulsory sample was taken for analysis from GREY TWILIGHT (Yash Narredu) and Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner PALSY WALSY (A S .Peter).
