Racing Incidents

MAGNETISM (R Manish) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds in the saddling enclosure as the gelding was suffering from acute allergy of the head and neck. Trainer K. S. Mandanna was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting with him.

ANGEL HEART (L.Alex Rozario) jumped awkwardly outward at the start.

STAR TEMPLAR (Sah Farid Ansari) planted. Starting Stall Certificate revoked.

KATAHDIN (G Manikandan) jumped awkwardly into the outer gate at the stall and had to be steadied.

STAR WAVES (A Ayaz Khan) jumped awkwardly inwards at the start.

SHIVARATRI (Akshay Kumar) planted losing considerable ground. Trainer J.Sebastian was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race in the race track on a race day. Starting Stall Certificate revoked. further Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of SHIVARATRI felt something was wrong with his mount. The Club's Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the filly reported that the filly was found to have Arytenoid Chondropathy. Trainer J.Sebastian was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting her.

STAR WAVES (A Ayaz Khan) dropped back entering the  straight.  The  Club's  Veterinary  Officer when asked to examine the horse reported that the horse lost Right fore shoe during the race

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that PROUD (Ashhad Asbar) had sustained superficial injury on Right hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner PROUD (Ashhad Asbar) .
