Trainer Magan Singh and Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of DESERT FALCON. On questioning Trainer Magan Singh he stated that he had instructed his Jockey to go to front if not sit 2nd/3rd and don’t loose the position and make his move from 700 mts and win the race. On questioning the Jockey he confirmed the Trainers instructions.
