Racing Incidents
Jockey Nazim, rider of “THE PRAETORIAN” was called in and questioned for not riding in the straight in that he was found to be whipping the horse and not moving the other hand at all. Jockey Nazim was fined Rs.5000/- for incompetent riding. As the trainer agreed that the jockey could have ridden more vigorously . LITTLE CUT was observed to have gone wide throughout the race inspite of Jockey’s best efforts. As such, Trainer I.S. Parmar has been advised to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of Stipendiary Stewards before accepting in a race.
