Racing Incidents
Trainer Richpal Singh reported that he was not satisfied with the riding of Jockey R Parvesh on HERO’S POWER as he had instructed the Jockey to sit a close second and specifically told to use the whip as his charge respond under the use of whip. From his observation the Jockey had not followed his instructions.
