Racing Incidents
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey K.Narender Kumar the rider of STAR SPARKLE for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No 161 (ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing) in that as a rider of STAR SPARKLE he kept checking his mount approaching 1000 metres & 800 metres for no apparent reason. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey K. Narender Kumar After deliberations they decided to suspend Jockey K.Narender Kumar from riding in races from 17.10.2009 to 22.10.2009 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding on his mount STAR SPARKLE in the above race (Rule No 161 (ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing). He was permitted to ride work and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
