Racing Incidents
An objection was lodged by Jockey S Amjad Khan the rider SKYROS placed fourth by the Judge against App.Jockey Harkesh Kumar the rider of FEARLESSNEGOTIATOR placed third by the Judge for the alleged reason “ at about 250 mts FEARLESSNEGOTIATOR came on to him where he had to literally stop the horse due to which he lost a certain 3rd Place”. The Stewards held an inquiry immediately after the race, interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and on their own observation of the race the Stewards could not be satisfied that an alteration to the placings could be justified, therefore they decided to overrule the objection and ordered the Security Deposit to be refunded.
