The Stewards at their meeting held on 2ND March,2010 considered the preliminary enquiry conducted by the Stipendiary Steward into the running and riding of ASHWA PRABHA Trained by Mr. R.S.Shekhawat & ridden by Jockey M.Shahid. After hearing their statements, considering recommendation of the Stipendiary Steward and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the CCTV the Stewards the Stewards found Jockey M.Shahid guilty to charge under Rule No.161 (ii) of the RWITC Rules of Racing for unsatisfactory riding .
