Trainer Mr.Manbir Singh was fined Rs.500/- for failing to obtain prior permission when declaring apprentice Jockey M.I.Qureshi on his charge   JOHNNY BRAVO thereby contravening the Stewards norms dated 11^th March,2011.                        

BLACK VIRGIN (G S Shekhawat) was very fractious refused to be stalled under the circumstances the horse was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr.Bharat T Singh was advised to improve the behaviour of  this horse failing which the horse will be banned from racing at this centre.

Negotiating the bend CONQUERERS FLAME (K.Sunny Kumar) drifted out under pressure inspite of the Jockey’s effort to keep it on an even course, Trainer Mr.A.Khan deputizing for Mr.H.A.Khan was advised to take corrective remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.

Approaching the 300 mts , the saddle had slipped back on FOROOZAN (Shadab Khan) and the rider could not offer sufficient assistance thereafter. Trainer Mr.Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey Shadab Khan were called. Jockey Shadab Khan explained that the saddle had slipped, but he did inform the trainer, but as per standard operative procedure, he had not informed nor shown the equipment to any of the official, and he had unfastened the saddle . Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey Shadab Khan, he was fined Rs.5000/- for:-

a)    Failing to inform and show the equipment  to the officials.

b)   For tendering misleading evidence during the course of enquiry.

Trainer Mr.Zulfiqar Khan was fined a sum of Ras.5000/- for :-

a)    Faulty saddling thereby contravening rule No.166 (a) (1^st offence  during the racing season)

b)   for failing to report the matter which had the bearing in the running of the horse.

In consequence of BLACK VIRGIN being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders no deduction on win a deduction of 30% on place bets was effected.
