An objection was lodged by App.Jockey Anil Kumar the rider of  DAZZLE placed third by the Judge against Jockey Riazzudin the rider  of HEAVENLY ANGEL placed second  by the Judge for “ coming onto me and taking my ground after the jump out due to which I had to check my mount who broke its strides and that  cost me a certain 2^nd place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was forfeited.

Jockey R Parmod the rider of BLACK VIRGIN was fined Rs.2000/-for coming in sharply approaching 1000 mts thereby bumping into DAZZLE (Anil Kumar) on his inside thereby momentarily unbalancing and shifted in.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BLACK VIRGIN in the presence of Trainer Mr. Bharath T Singh  and sent for Analytical test.
