As Jockey Gurpreet Singh was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.R S Shekhawat  to substitute Jockey Narain Singh  to ride AMAZING STAR in place of Jockey Gurpreet Singh the declared rider.

Jockey S Amjad Khan was questioned regarding his riding on his mount DAZZLING CRACKER, who stated the he was instructed to position  3rd/4^th and do his best on entering the straight and win the race. After taking further evidence from Jockey S Amjad Khan it was established that DAZZLING CRACKER  hung badly during the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that filly was  observed to be having very sharp molars with deep cut injury on right side of the mouth and recommended to get it treated before accepting with it again in a race. Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was fined Rs.2000/- for his negligence. As such no further action was taken against Jockey S Amjad Khan’s riding in the race in not following the Trainer’s instructions. However, Jockey S Amjad Khan was reminded of his  obligations to ride his mount out to the finish and report all matters that may have affected a horses performance or his riding following the running of the races.

Jockey Pawan Sharma the rider GREEN SEALS was questioned regarding his riding on his mount he stated that he was instructed to sit 3^rd/4^th and do his best on entering the straight,. After taking further evidence from Jockey Pawan Sharma, he was fined Rs.5000/- for not following the trainer’s instructions. He was further informed that repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that FASCINATING MEMORY (C.S.Jodha ) was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of four weeks (1^st time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactorily bleeders test, it will be permitted to race.Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar was accordingly advised.
