AMITY (Naresh Kumar) was very fractious and reared up in the staring gates  whereby the Jockey was dislodged who was examined immediately and certified unfit to ride, hence  the horse was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.  In consequence of AMITY being withdrawn no deduction on    win and place was effected.

ROSE (M.I.Qureshi) planted in the starting gate and did not take any practical part in the race and the Jockey had to  dismount approaching 1000 mts, Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on race track.

App.Jockey M.I.Qureshi (ROSE) was severely reprimanded for failing to report the incident.

Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of REAL SPEED was severely reprimanded for failing to control on his mount negotiating the bend whereby he allowed to shift  out  thereby taking out  CATALUNIYA (Pawan Sharma) , JOVIAL (C S Jodha) & DREAM DEBUT (Shafeef Ahmed) on his outside.
