Trainer Mr.A.Khan was fined Rs.500/- for parading his charge FOUR BY FOUR (D.K.Ashish) with wrong colours in the paddock.

Jockey K.Sunny Kumar the rider of SECRET POWER was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in and causing interference to FOUR BY FOUR (D.K.Ashish) which had to be checked  and the rider momentarily loosing his balance.

Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of MASTER BULLET reported that his mount was “hanging in” from the 300 mts of the race and running very erratically, thereby he had considerable difficulties in keeping it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the veterinary officer reported that  the horse was observed to be having  “CAPS” on its left upper molar. Trainer Mr. I.S.Parmar was fined Rs.2000/- for his negligence and also informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar and Jockey Irfan Ali  were questioned regarding the  running and riding of  MASTER BULLET. Trainer stated that he had instructed his jockey to take a good jump and positioned 2^nd/3^rd and do his best on entering the straight .Trainer further stated that the colt shift in under pressure and running erratically. Jockey corroborating the Trainers  statement stated

that he had done his best and in the last 100 mts of the race his horse shifted in under pressure . The trainer and the jockey were informed that in view of the fact that the horse was observed to be having “CAPS” , no action was taken beyond noting down the incidents.
