As Jockey Gurpreet Singh was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Sartaj Singh to substitute Jockey J.Pardeep to ride ZOOMBASTIC in place of Jockey Gurpreet Singh the declared rider.

Approaching the 800 mts, the saddle on BROOKS (Harkesh Kumar) shifted forward placing its rider at a disadvantage thereafter continued to disadvantage for the remainder of the race as a result of the saddle having shifted forward. The equipment was checked immediately after the  race found have shifted forward. Trainer Mr.Bharat T Singh was fined Rs.2000/- for the faulty saddling of his charge BROOKS. Jockey Harkesh Kumar was fined Rs.5000/- for giving inconsistent and misleading evidence regarding the saddle slip.

Jockey Bhanu P. Singh the rider of EMPIRE MAKER was fined Rs.3000/- for failing to follow the trainer’s instructions in that he was instructed to take a good jump, position himself in forward position but on the contrary after jumping out he eased up his mount and rode in a mid position.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of MYSTIC MIRACLE was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.  He was further informed that as he had won the race no action was taken beyond noting down the incident failing which he would have been reported to the Stewards for disciplinary action.
