Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat was questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge thereby resulting in the improved performance of his charge ASHWA PRISHA (G.S.Shekhawat)  as compared to its last run in race No. 122  The Ponza Plate.Div.I. For Indian Horses Rated 20-46 (Abt) 1000 Mts. ran on 13^th December,2011 where it was unplaced. The trainer stated that:-

1. His charge was running in a lower class .
2. Today it is running in 1400 mts ,thereby it was  covering extra 400 mts
3. He had given similar instructions but his charge could not go to the front in his last engagement.

His explanation was noted for future running. However, while noting his explanations his attention was drawn to the Rules regarding “in and out running.

Jockey Sunny Chinoy the rider of CHANDELIER reported that his mount was not striding fluently and changing its legs throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary officer reported that no apparent abnormality.

FEARLESSNEGOTIATOR (K. Sunny Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that the horse  returned lame on left fore after the race. Trainer Mr.Ajay Sharma was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.
