GOLD SPARK (Ranjeet Singh) planted in the Starting gates and did not take  practical part in the race. In view of its behavior Trainer Mr.Rajinder was informed not to accept with his charge until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on race track.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of REVENGEFUL KNIGHT  reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts to keep it on an even course. Trainer Mr.Bharat T Singh was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Trainer Mr.R S.Shekhawat was questioned regarding the running of his charge ASHWA PANAMA. Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat stated that he had instructed the jockey to go to the front and just take a marginal lead of 2/3 lengths and do his best on entering the straight and he stated that the jockey had ridden a incompetent race in that he allowed his mount to set an unreasonable pace and made insufficient effort to prevent it from do so whereby in the last  200 mts of the race his charge was exhausted.  App. Jockey J Vijay Kumar was severely reprimanded for riding an incompetent race.

Jockey Narain Singh the rider of ENERGETIC GIRL was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey Mohanlal the rider of JOVIAL was severely reprimanded in that negotiating the bend he allowed his mount to drift out and travel wide.
