DANCING LIGHT (Rajinder Saini) after being loaded was fractious and reared  up thereby its neck got entangled with the gates, the horse was unloaded and examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who certified it fit for racing was reloaded.

App. Jockey Bipin Kumar the rider of LITTLE CUT was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out thereby taking out SHE IS BEAUTIFUL (R.Parmod) negotiating the bend and thereafter travelling on the outer portion of the race track.

Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge FIRST N IMPRESSION as compared to its last run in Race. No.151 The Rafah Plate.Div.I, For Indian Horses Rated 1-26 (Abt) 1200 Metres on 17^th January,2012.   The trainer stated that :-

i)                   He had given the similar instructions as of earlier to ride in forward position.

ii)                 As there was no pace in the race, his charge found itself in the lead.

iii)               In its earlier runs ,it led, but in his opinion had disappointed.

iv)              Horse had displayed some ability, it continued to disappoint in its races.

v)                Hence he had dissuaded the owner from wagering on the horse.

vi)              This time he had declared  a better jockey

His explanation was noted for future running. However, while noting his explanations his attention was drawn to the Rules regarding “in and out running”.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of GREEN RIBBON Trained by Mr.S.Nawab and ridden by App. Jockey Mohd Asif.
