Racing Incidents
Jockey Suresh Kumar the rider of BAY OF THUNER reported that his mount fly jumped out of the starting gates thereby he momentarily imbalancing him.
 
Trainer Mr.H.A.Khan and Jockey Narain Singh were questioned regarding the dismal performance of MASTER CROWN. The Trainer stated that he had instructed Jockey Narain Singh to position himself in a forward position and do his best on entering the straight and he also opined that he was very much satisfied with the riding of Jockey Narain Singh. When questioned Jockey Narain Singh stated that he had ridden to his best ability while noting their explanation trainer Mr.H.A.Khan and Jockey Narain Singh were fined Rs.3000/- for the unsatisfactory running and riding of MASTER CROWN in that till approaching 300 mts, Jockey Narain Singh failed to make any attempt to improve his mount.
 
Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat was questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge ANAMIKA and installed as firm favourite with being wagered down confidently as compared to its last run in Race R.No. 170 THE BORDER SECURITY FORCE PLATE.DIV.II.FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 20-46(ABT) 1200 MTS on 30th January,2012,where it was unplaced. He stated that he could not offer any tangible explanations. Not being satisfied with his explanation tendered, Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat  was fined Rs.5000/- for the reversal of form of his charge ANAMIKA. 
 
The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that EL SALVADOR (K.Narender Kumar) was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of four weeks (1st time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactory a bleeders test, it will be permitted to race.  Trainer Mr.A.Khan was accordingly advised. 
 
The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that  NONIOS returned lame on right fore during the race. Mr.Mohsin Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.
 
On a request from the Owner RIOS GIRL was examined at the gates and found to be fit for racing and was subsequently after the race  and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
