Racing Incidents
HITEC PRIDE (Gurpreet Singh) was observed to be running detached from the field. In view of its performance, Trainer Mr. Sartaj Singh was informed to ensure that his charge was capable of running with the field.
 
Jockey C. S. Jodha the rider of SKYROS was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race, he was further informed that in view of the fact that the horse had burst’s its blood vessel approaching 400 mts no action was taken beyond noting down the incident.
 
The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SKYROS (C.S.Jodha) was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of four weeks (1st time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactory a bleeders test, it will be permitted to race.  Trainer Mr.S.Ali Khan was accordingly advised. 
 
On a report from the Club’s Veterinary Officer that he had observed that during sampling  of b c SUNRISE  in the sampling yard the syce authorized by Trainer Mr.Zulfiqar Khan was found to be in possession of water in the container meant for collection of urine of b c SUNRISE which was the winner in the above race. The matter was reported to the Stewards and they directed the Stipendiary Steward to conduct a detail enquiry into the incident and report thereof.
