Permission was granted to Mr.S.Ali Khan to withdraw  SKYROS (Hashim Ali Khan) on veterinary grounds. 

As Jockey Riazuddin was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Zulfiqar Khan to substitute Jockey Danish Ali Khan to ride FOROOZAN in place of Jockey  Riazuddin the declared rider.

 

As Jockey K.Narender Kumar  was certified medically unfit to ride as such FATEH MAIDAN was withdrawn before coming under starter’s order. In consequence of FATEH MAIDAN was withdrawn a deduction of  win and place was effected.

 

MY CELINA  (Jai Parkash) was slow into its strides loosing sufficient grounds at the start. In view of its behavior Trainer Mr. H.A.Khan was informed not to accept with his charge untill its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on race track. 

 

Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of GO WITH THE FLOW  reported the loss of whip approaching the 400 mts.

Trainer Mr.H.Ali Khan and Jockey Chand Mohd were questioned regarding the  dismal performance of FULMINATOR as compared to its last run in Race  191  THE WAR CRY PLATE on 21st February,2012. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 5th/6th and do his best on entering the straight and advised no to use of the whip as it drifted out under the use of whip. Jockey stated that soon after the start was effected  FULMINATOR  lost it position while exhibiting ungenerous   behavior thereby he could not follow the trainers instructions. While noting their explanations, the trainer and jockey were informed they were given the benefit of doubt at this instance.

 

FULMINAROR was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
