JUST SUPER (Jai Parkash)  was  fractious and refused to be loaded as such it was  withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr.Rajnder was informed to show his charge more gate practice before accepting in a race. In consequence of JUST SUPER being withdrawn a deduction of 10% on win and 30% place bet was effected.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of  ALL WEATHER  STAR reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates he lost his balance thereby momentarily loosing the right stirrup which he regained it after passing some distance.

The Stipendiary Steward reported Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of SEVEN EIGHT SIX to the Stewards for the violation of calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and  examined  Jockey Irfan Ali. After hearing his statements, considering recommendation of the  Stipendiary  Steward  and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the CCTV the Stewards after deliberations  decided to suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Irfan Ali from riding in races  from 21^st  April,2012 to 24^th  April,2012 (both days inclusive) for the violation of calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting) . He was advised of his Right of Appeal. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of TINY TEMPER  reported that his mount was hanging in soon after jumping out of the starting gates and he had  difficulty in keep it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that TINY TEMPER had both wolf teeth and caps and advised to get dentistry done on his charge TINY TEMPER and passed fit before accepting the horse again.   Trainer Mr.Zulfiqar Khan was fined  Rs.2000/- for his lapse.

Jockey S.A.Shah the rider of  ENGLISH ELMS reported that before passing the red marker his mount suddenly shied outside and momentarily  unbalanced thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of TINY TEMPER was severely reprimanded  for coming in sharply and bumping onto MISS SMASHING (K Sunny Kumar) on his inside before passing the red marker.
