Racing Incidents

The Stipendiary Steward reported Trainer Mr. I.S.Parmar and Jockey C S Jodha to the Stewards in relation to the running and riding of  HAPPYGOLUCKY. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar and Jockey C.S.Jodha. After hearing their statements, considering the recommendation of  the Stipendiary Steward and of their own observation based on the replay of the CCTV the Stewards directed the Stipendiary Steward to :-

Fine a sum of Rs.5000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge    HAPPYGOLUCKY.

Fine Jockey  C.S.Jodha  a sum of Rs.5000/- for unsatisfactory riding on his mount  HAPPYGOLUCKY in the above race in that he repeatedly checked his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates for no apparent reason.

HAPPYGOLUCKY (C.S Jodha) was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality
