Jockey C S Jodha the rider of MASTER CHAMPION reported that approaching 200 mts his mount shifted out and raced on the outer portion of  the race track inspite of his best efforts to keep it on an even course. As horse had  repeatedly behaved in a similar manner hence  trainer  Mr.I.S.Parmar was advised to take remedial measures.

Jockey Pawan Sharma the rider of SLIP AWAY reported that from the 300 mts of the race his mount was running erratically and he had  difficulty in keep it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality. Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Trainer Mr.Rajinder and Jockey K Narender Kumar were questioned  regarding the running and riding of FOUR BY FOUR. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 5/6^th with the bunch and do his best on entering the straight. He opined that after jumping out the jockey made every efforts to follow his instructions but he gave a very long gap from the field only rode out in the straight. The jockey corroborating the trainers statements stated that the horse did not have any initial speed but nevertheless he had made every effort to improve his position. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
